Run out of milk to have with your coffee? Not sure what to do? Then try the Mad Scientist's amazing new 'Calypso Coffee'!
This simply requires a mug full of steaming hot black coffee and a generous scoop of your favourite Rum and Raisin ice-cream. Place the ice-cream on top of the coffee and allow it to froth and partially melt before drinking. Sip your coffee through the creamy ice-cream foam on the top - delicious!
This technique can also be tried with other ice-cream flavours.
